1. Important Events August 12, 1997 – The design contest of the Library & Information Center was won by Shen, Zu-Hai Architecture Company.
March 26, 1999 – The construction of the Library & Information Center started. March, 2001 - The construction of the Library & Information Center completed. August 10, 2001 – The Library & Information Center was open. November 13, 2001 – The grand opening ceremony of the Library & Information Center was held.
2. Features & Floor Plan The floorage of the Library & Information Center is 22,540m² with eight stories. The design focuses on the importance of both technology and humanity to realize NKFUST’s philosophy of fulfilling practical teaching, enhancing technological integration, and valuing general education. For students and faculty members, it is an excellent place for research and learning.

3. Information & Multimedia Equipment Campus Network Giga and wireless network with T3 broadband service on the campus provides students and faculty members with high-speed Internet access. E-Library E-books, E-journals, E-newspapers, and multimedia CD-ROMs are included in INNOPAC system to offer integrative digital information services. Online University The online university system platform is set up to provide a nonsynchronous online teaching environment. Multimedia Equipment The multimedia production equipment helps teachers produce multimedia teaching materials to upgrade the quality of teaching.
